CREATING SUSTAINABLE IMPACT
AYAT Care provides innovative personalized preventive health care concepts, ensuring a healthy aging process for elderly family members, combining mental & physical well-being.
AYAT Care works based on a monthly subscription of our specially trained care coaches at home. At their weekly visits, AYAT Care coaches provide guidance to a healthy lifestyle, medication intake, and physical activities, and do a basic health screen. Through state-of-the-art training and interdisciplinary, international cooperation, AYAT Care not only guarantees a state-of-the-art and high quality service, but also offers sustainable career paths to young women.
The Ayat Skill Development Center (ASDC) offers a range of services and programs to promote the development of skilled workforce, especially the ones from the disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds. The courses designed and conducted at ASDC help the students not only develop hands on skill training, but also certification. The current topics include Vocational Training, the Driving School, education for General Electrician, Plumbing and Pipe Fitting, Solar Energy, Welding and Fabrication, Ready Made Garments, Refrigerator and AC Fixing ( RAC).
AYAT College of Nursing & Health Sciences (ACNHS) provides quality education in nursing. With a focus to increase accessibility of quality nursing education of our future health leaders and nurses, we strive to improve the quality of care and nursing services. ACNHS is nationally recognized by the Dhaka University and Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC), as well as internationally recognized. ACNHS collaborates with MGH and Simmons University in order to develop nursing educators and provide diverse nursing related training to our students. Every year ACNHS arranges workshops or training programs with internationally recognized faculty members for diverse and enhanced learning of our students.
The objective is to introduce stronger palliative care programs in our nations in collaboration with other national and international organizations; provide more expert and professional palliative and health care professionals to our country, a progressive approach to other severe illness such as cancer as well. In 2018 we have launched the ELNEC certification courses for nurses that is recognized by American Association of College and Nursing. As we develop the value and interventions of palliative care, we will develop intervention to increase awareness campaigns among the public that will aware them the importance of palliative care which will give a ray of hope to many people who are underprivileged and giving up on their loved ones living the last stages of prognosis diseases like cancer.
30 Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) Nurses trained

Skills training on Woven Machine Operation trade in the readymade garments sector with the view to employment for the unemployed, underprivileged, marginalized people in the garments industry.
It is a 3 monthly hands-on training program. It also trains on soft skills so that trainees can find a proper job. Women and specially-abled people get preference during admission of this training. More than 80% of our trainees gets employed in different garments factories after completing the training program.
ASDC is engaged in providing tailor-made innovative SRHR education to future workers. 4 master trainer received TMT from VU, Netherlands in the year of 2019. ASDC is working on quality curriculum for SRHR training, including Provide tailor-made innovative SRHR education to future workers.
