Overview: AYAT Career Development Center (CDC), a subsidiary of AYAT Education, is dedicated to helping students, graduates, and young professionals discover and pursue their higher education and career aspirations. We offer a comprehensive range of services including Study Abroad, Skilled Immigration, Business/Investment Immigration, and Visa Processing. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our operations, manage and guide our team and consultants, maintain relationships with foreign colleges and universities, market our services to potential students and young professionals, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
• Oversee daily operations of AYAT CDC, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals
2. Team Management:
• Lead, manage, and guide a team of consultants and counselors
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
• Foster a positive and productive work environment
3. Client Services:
• Consult with clients to understand their educational and career aspirations
• Provide customized advice and solutions within the legal framework of the destination country
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
4. Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with foreign colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
• Collaborate with international partners to expand AYAT CDC’s network and service offerings
5. Marketing and Outreach:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote AYAT CDC’s services
• Organize and participate in events, seminars, and workshops to attract potential students and young professionals
• Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to reach target audiences
6. Service Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve the services offered by AYAT CDC
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and relevant service offerings
7. Reporting and Compliance:
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Advancing Your Aspirations Together
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational consulting, immigration services, or a related field
• Proven experience in a managerial role with strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology
• Knowledge of international education systems, immigration processes, and visa application
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
