Dignified livelihoods and globally competitive skills for 1,000 youth.
1,000 youth. 4 future-ready trades. One shared vision: dignified livelihoods and globally competitive skills.

Today, AYAT Skill Development Center (ASDC) and AYAT Caregiver Training Institute signed two agreements with the National Human Resource Development Fund (NHRDF), under the Ministry of Finance, to train around 1,000 youth over the next 2.5 years—especially from climate-vulnerable, marginalized, and NEET communities.
The project will provide hands-on training in:

Caregiving

Woven sewing machine operations (RMG)

Solar electrical system installation & maintenance

Electrical installation & maintenance for construction
At AYAT Education, we believe employability goes beyond technical skills. Alongside vocational training, our students receive soft skills, life skills, digital literacy, language training, and cultural preparedness to help them thrive in Bangladesh and abroad through safe migration pathways.
Through AYAT Network, we are committed to connecting skilled youth with decent jobs, ethical migration opportunities, and a more hopeful future.
