Talent Partnership Project Kickoff: Building Skills, Creating Safe Global Pathways
We recently hosted the orientation and kickoff of the ILO–EU Talent Partnership Project at AYAT Education—an important step toward creating safe, ethical, and skilled migration pathways for Bangladeshi youth to Europe.
The session focused on aligning skills with global demand, strengthening ethical recruitment practices, and preparing young people for decent work opportunities abroad—particularly in sectors like caregiving, healthcare, digital skills, and green jobs.
By combining global commitment with local expertise, this partnership aims to ensure that migration is not only about mobility, but about dignity, protection, and long-term opportunity.

At AYAT Education, we’re proud to be part of this effort—working alongside the ILO and the European Union to equip youth with the right skills, certifications, and support to succeed locally and globally.
